    Some other fat burning foods are citus, ginger, beans, green tea, oatmeal and extra olive oil.

    Hi..

    You mentioned raw almonds.. But my question is..

    Will it make a difference if I have them blanched?

    And roasted and salted?

    Or do ONLY raw almonds help in burning fat?

    It depends on what temperature you roasted/blanch your almonds. If you roast/blanch them at ideal temperatures, they only slightly lose nutritious value (something like 5% less nutritious). If the temperature is too hight then you may lose some oils (making it much less nutritious) that you otherwise would get from raw almonds so look around on the internet for the right temperature.
