Magen Petit is extremely fascinated with the fitness world. She is currently studying to become a Certified Personal Trainer through NASM and training for her first fitness competition in April 2012.

Magen has been working with her own trainer since October 2010. She is constantly doing research (Internet, books, magazines) to learn more about weight training and nutrition. After becoming a CPT, she would like to achieve a Certified Nutritionist status.

Magen is originally from southern Maine and currently works as a Corporate Communications Specialist. Because of her passion for fitness and writing, she wants to combine the two and eventually make her way into writing for a fitness-related company.
